Stryker hip recall litigation group
This past week I had the privilege of attending the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) yearly convention in Chicago. I was able to share experiences with lawyers from all over the country and in particular with lawyers who are like me talking to Stryker hip victims every day.
Cal and I will have a forum to share our accumulated information and experience, regarding failed Stryker Hips with lawyers from all over the country
I was also very pleased that the AAJ listened to our Stryker hip victims and decided to create a new Litigation Group to help address the Stryker hip failures. And, I was truly honored that the AAJ appointed Cal Warriner from Searcy Denney and me as co-chairs of the Stryker hip failures Litigation Group.
Simply put, this means that Cal and I will have a forum to share our accumulated information and experience, regarding failed Stryker Hips with lawyers from all over the country. It means that we have an organized approach to this litigation that will help level the playing field as we seek justice for our clients. It also confirms what we have been seeing for some time. That is, that there are many, many more victims of failed Stryker hips than Stryker has admitted.
